Refund policy

We hope that you will love our Lmor Studio piece, but if there are problems with your purchase, you can return the item to us for a full refund as long as we are notified within 14 days from the receipt of the order. 

After we have been notified, you will need to send the item back within 10 days (with prior notice) and the item MUST be in an unworn and undamaged condition. Our advice would be to use a recorded method of delivery.

After we have received the item and we are happy with the condition, we will be able to issue a full refund to your original method of purchase.
